2020 Glenda Sneed Scholar Awarded

Congratulations to Kiana Foster, David W. Carter High School Class of 2020, on being chosen as the 2020 Glenda Sneed Scholarship Recipient! Kiana plans to attend Prairie View A&M College and hopes that “…the Glenda Sneed Scholarship will provide me with the encouragement, support and knowledge that I will need to be successful in college, in the field of community health and throughout my life.”
